I think a lot of folks figure this.......the strap aren't going to do crap in an accident, and the boat isn't going to fall off.

Figure a slow minor accident rear-end...3-4gs? Now that 10,000lb rated strap and eyelet has to hold 40,000lbs?

Maybe NorTech should put big warning stickers on the back of their boats to remind the owners to strap them down PROPERLY!
