Very true there..
The responsibility falls to whom ever is driving the rig.. not really on who owns it...
It was a poor assumption to think the owner had to have been driving..
If it was a "hauler" driving the rig... I feel horrible for the owner. And I feel the pain of the driver's employer... Not the employer's falult directly, but that was his man at the controls.
Damn shame all the way around...
I'm sure this boat can be put back to 100% without too much difficulty.

OK, the Excursion belongs to the owner of the boat. He was also driving it. Fastboats/Randy had nothing to do with this. It still sucks but it's an owner- operator error.
