I know what you mean SummerO, Sonny Leonard is THE man! 1200.8 HP @6000rpm's. 
A typical day of boating for my wife and I is to cruise about 45 minutes down to this place that we hang out, raft up for the day with friends and cruise back up river. The engines that are in the boat are made to run out front in poker runs and are in need of refreshes after 75-100 hours. I just can't justify that. They have 15 hours on them now. Boating for us is for relaxation and I want engines that I can just change the oil in and tune up once a year and not have to remove the valve covers for 300-350 hours!! 
Don't get me wrong, I would love to run these engines for a year or two, but I'm not afraid to admit that I really can't afford them!!

Craig,
my buddy just backed out of a top gun deal, ( havin a Kid), he already has the trailer, brand new aluminum fastload, sitting in his drive way in NJ , he is willing to take a few $$ less than he paid....all set up for a 97 TG, ...
Pm me if you want hsi info,, it's all for real, no BS....

It's an '88, just like my Bullet, that has been completely redone. Started out as a #3 drive light layup Kevlar hull with 750 hawks from the factory.
