Default easy(and cheap) hp mods on a 502 mpi??

i have a new to me mariah 302. it has a 502mpi with a bravo3. i'm wondering if there is any simple ways to squeez any more horse power out of this motor? i've got my eye on a procharger but till then like to get a little more power. wot is 4800rpm now with 26 pitch 3 blades. thanks for any advice!
