I can't tell you how up lifting it is to read these threads !!!! I just came back from the hospital from last night and she is doing great !!! Hopefully the Surgen comes in this am and gives orders to remove the tube from her stomach. They removed her oxygen this am. Running a little fever but they say that's good. It's the body fighting infection. Possibly a get out date of Monday or Tuesday. I hope, (I'm getting tired of sleeping in the chair) !!!! Anyhow, going to shower and head back. Thanks agin for all the prayers and kind words. You all are GREAT !!!

Glad things seem to be on the mend, I am glad they finally realized what was wrong, why did it take so long to find out it was her appendix. I know both of your are anxious for her to come in, but don't rush it it is nice to have the nursing care for a few days after surgery.

Hey Donna and all, Jenn's parents came down from VA and my parents have been coming up to spend the nights with the kids. Little Dave is almost 17 so he is pretty self sufficiant. Mandi is the little "cuddle bug" at 8 years. Look's like she will come home tomorrow. All the tubes were removed today with the exception of the IV and a drain tube. The Doc is going to remove the drain tube in the morning and if she doesn't run a high fever or have alot of drainage, she will come home tomorrow afternoon. It's been a LONG week. It was a BIG relief just to get the stomach tube out. Thanks again to all. I told her tonight that ALOT of people prayed for her and she just smiled. It worked !!! Could have turned out real bad. Thanks Again to all !!!! I think we should have a party !!!! Dave
