ok... since I started this I will let you all know that in Fl you have to reg with the state also and display the reg sticker on the port side. It took about 10 minutes at a tag agency and was $85.75 for the year.

If the boat has already been documented, the number stays the same but you can change the name of the boat.

wow, I just did my Tiger and it's 10 bucks a year

Yeah, but we don't boat all year round and you can't see the bottom when you're running And I don't think FL gets that 5% excise tax you just paid

Yea I know, I'm the one that got to write the check, this was my first documented boat and I kinda like it, I'll do all my future ones this way. I'll be at pier 7 sat and sun Ted.
