You can resize thru MS Paint also, it's a part of MS office which most everyone has. When the pic is open, go to Image, stretch & skew, then make it smaller until the properties are less than 100K.

Nice boat.... needs some color perhaps?? Go with vinly so you can change it every season... that way you get a new boat every year!
