The best boat Reggie ever raced was a boat that said Fountain Mercury on the side and was a 40 foot Skater,he the man himself said he had never been in such a well balanced and well mannered boat as the Skater and he has never been more impressed with a boat and wished his boats would could run as fast,Quoted by the man himself in Key West with Matt Alcone and Jerry Gilbreth at his side,the only boat that was able to beat us today was another Skater.PERIOD.
