1) Click on "Forums" under the main menu bar towards the top.
2)Click on "Member Control Panel"
3)Click on "Edit Avatar" on the menu bar to the left.
4)Scroll to the bottom, where it says "Browse," and click the button.
5)Find and select your avatar file on your computer and double-click on it.
* Make sure your avatar picture is no more than 100X100 pixels or 8.3Kb, whichever is smaller.
