I am thinking about upgrading power in my boat. What are 310hp 7.4 mpis worth with 330hrs, and run flawless?

Take a look in the back of your local Boat Trader...
You may find a shop that will swap power with you...

The 7.4s are more of a cruiser/pleasureboat motor... You'll likely find a buyer in the Boat Trader, not on OSO or SW...

Call Mesa Balancing.. Laz can build you a better motor than a 415 EFI...


Some have had good luck with the 502 Mags... But me, I'll never have another set....
I'd be happier with some Pre-EFI 502 mags with a fres rebuild. they have good parts, and are easily hopped up. You can see 475, 500hp without much work...
then you'd be a happy guy... from 330s to 500s!!! there ya go.

Since you're in Austin, call Bob at Full Throttle Marine. I know several people, including myself with Bob's motors that are awesome. Not sure if he can help out with the 7.4's but you never know.

Of course you could start from scratch and have him order you a Nordic with his custom power!

I would think that 2-3 grand you would be doing well.
