Trick Marine - The real story.......

Fred needs to get into Motivational Seminar biz with lots of 'merican companies that think Voicemail is customer service. Make a lot more money -- but not near the fun as being in marine industry.
It sure is pleasant to be treated like customer for a change.
Thanks Fred.

I also must commend Fred for a job well done. As a fellow boater, board member and advertiser it is always refreshing to hear such positive comments, even if it is about the competition.
Fred, keep up the great work and let's see if we can continue to raise the standard in this industry.
Sincerely,
Don B.

I ordered a $10 part that I needed to cover a scratch that a customer put on on of our boats. I was almost embarrassed to order something so small but it was really important to me to have it.Could not find it anywhere online but Fred found it,had it drop shipped and I had it two days later. What did Fred make on the transaction.maybe $3? But it was worth a lot more to my customer, and a lot more to me.There are still a few good guys in our crazy industry,Fred is one of the few.
