I later heard the insurance company is refusing to pay off on the boat because the driver refused a breath test.
Also heard he went and bought a 42' Fountain.
Never know if the rumors are true butthey sure are interesting!

Contrary to recent "offshore" racing, these boats were designed to go fast in a straight line not turn all over the place like a jetski, If the intended purpose was to make wild high speed turns they would be a lot wider with flatter bottoms
