As a 288 Sunsation owner, I have run mine in lots of water conditions! Lots of wake conditions aswell. The boat handels it great, but it requires tab and drive trim awarness when running in the upper 60's in rough water. If what the blow boater fisherman says about the nose in the air being true, there was some operator error. But I can't confirm this.

Hope all that were in the boat recover 100% . And I hope something was learnt. These things don't happen for no reason!

Good luck, best wishes to all in the boat.
