That looks like Mike Fusco's new 46Skater Jet Set. It's a turbine-powered boat, and they burn more fuel at idle speeds than they do at WOT. He had that jet pump outboard mounted so he can shut the turbines down and use the o/b for docking.

Very good idea, saves fuel and money.

isn't that copeland's turbine boat, mike's is an quarter canopy boat....
