I need some help. I am considering the purchase of a 20' boat that is either a splash of an older Sutphen, or possibly a Sutphen subsidiary. It's a 1971 and has only the hull and outdrive, a 270 Volvo. I am told it is one of three originally built. Can anyone shed some more light on this? I have owned several old Donzi Classics and Magnums. I am curious as to Sutphen and it's history.
