Yeah, rumor has it the motel will be replaced with a two story structure with shops on the bottom and suites on the top. Thats just a rumor i heard though. And 90% of the tiki bar rumors over the years turned out to be false.
If you ever see a guy in a white w/red and grey interior 22ft stinger (center steering), stop by and say hello.
