not looking too good for Orange Beach..I was reading a Coastal Living magazine.....they show people on the beach dining on crab and lobster..why don't they show us with a stack of plywood and screwgun in hand??? that's the real coastal living!!Rick

Storm has moved 4 degr. to the East, headed towards Navare/Mary Ester/Ft.Walton beach area. 15'-19' wave surge, be careful everyone.

It's a nasty cat 4 storm and is about to pummel Pensacola and area. They're just barely rebuilding from Ivan. My heart goes out to those folks.

Here, it's been quite windy, gusts to about 50 or 60, lots of rain, and a good 3 to 4 foot storm surge. Our street's underwater and a lot of houses look like they're flooded.
