The marine industry could really use some customer service lessons from companies like Acura , Lexus, Mercedes Benz, Honda, Toyota, etc.... Manufacturers really need to structure a set of standards and follow up procedures for both the sales and service aspects of this industry. Just my .02. Now go ahead and give me some car dealer horror stories or jokes
