Default i own a 1991 stryker 21 ft and it flies!!!!!!!

would anyone believe my 21 ft stryker runs 115 mph with 496 bbc on 250 nitrous straight as an arrow. Motor makes only 720 hp with one carb and is 11.5-1 comp. I have video of it outrunning a 22 ft eliminator daytona picklefork that has 1250 dynoed horsepower in a from dead idle to quarter mile. It is unbelieveable how it runs. Ive been ruinning it for 10 years and have had problably 10 different motor combos in it, from all aluminum keith black twin turbo, to current motor, 9.7-1 pump gas 572 with one carb and nitrous plate. If you think im bulling you, just come on over and bring your boat. That 115 is at 7500 rpm with , 1.5 gears, 28 pitch bravo one prop. Its a real sleeper.

Default more stryker info

engine has imco setback box with 3 inch rise and also a 2 inch shortie. Can leave from a dead stop with nitrous controller and not blow out prop. One half more inch of height and it all goes away. Its right where it likes it and handles the best with 5 inch of raised x dim. The reason for raised up hatch is to clear imco custom built large diameter headers and air cleaner. Engine was also raised 3 inches to align up the set back box crank centerline. Prop is throttles up bravo 28 inch super cup. Otherwise it would blow out sooner. Boat is so much fun i cant hardly stand it. It makes me laugh so much everytime someone points their finger at me as they pull up beside me and say go and i blister them so bad. Most cannot believe it . I have had the bottom of this boat worked on also. That only made 4-5 mph though. Just thought yall might want to see this and get the specs on it.

Badbug, that is a slick little boat man. Is the video digital? If so you should post it up on here as I am sure everyone would like to see/hear it run.

Most of you know that the 2150 Stryker was built from the 2150 Hammond molds. Bob Hammond only built one big block 2150,it was Don Brooks who recognized the potential of the molds he bought to utilize big block power in this fantastic George Linder design.A customer of ours built a killer blown BBC for his in the late 80's ,he ran about 110 on the speedo(no GPS back then) I ran it once at 100 plus, handled great, a tribute to George Linder design, still nothing better after all these years
