yep, 8.1 vortec, in crew cab dually 2wd, lowered with an 8 inch reversed/raised hitch, never had a problem on a ramp with the truck or the Myco being too low. Towed at 85 when I brought the tiger home from Boca.

I was down in your old stomping grounds last week, helping a guy out at chevy Chase Acura.

wait till you hit a bad ramp, and dont have 4 wheel.. that chevy will be where it belongs, at the bottom of the lake... i think you guys that ramp with a 2wd ride are nuts.. you have been lucky so far, with the tiger luck may not be on your side in the future.. im ready to get glh thrown off the lake in august.. what do you think... your pal stecz

Right on Steve! I'll take a Cummins any day. Mine is 2004 3/4 ton--- pulls my boat very well, and no problems. It's a great truck! I like it!
