Default super hawaii on E-bay

Does anyone have any scooop on the unrigged hull that is on e-bay right now -- ending soon. Based on the 37' midnight express hull with 9.5 beam. What kind of performance would this be capable of?

I talked to the guy that makes them a year ago. He says he has the molds and makes one every now and then. It basicly is the 40' without the swimmplatform. He told me they are all composite, no wood. They are lighter and potentially faster than the originals. I can't remember the name of the company, they make mostly fishing boats.

He also told me he crushed the molds for the 34'. There will be no more of them made.

Yes it probably is more work than i need to get myself into right now.

Thanks for the replies. It sounds as if he is getting rid of all the hulls he has in stock.

Thats me! I have the 37' Super Hawaii and I have a new unrigged 37' Midnight. I'm thinking about rigging the super hawaii with a pair of 300hp yanmars and keeping it, otherwise considering the response I've gotten what am I supposed to do with it?
