They use Fram Racing Oil Filters. Engine oil runs 10 degrees cooler.

Guess somebody got the word out. :D

Hey Hydro - Could the locals follow the races OK, and were they able to tell who was winning each class?

The one's who sprang for a $2.00 program were getting into it.....it was great there was no charge to watch...lots of activity....and the AMF turbine boat was amazing as the heat poured out the stacks as they did a seawall drive by.

There was not an announcer and speaker system in our area I think that would have been helpful.

This is a great way to promote the sport in a state that has a short boating season.

There were three incidents today.

In P-class, Grumpy Old Men spun out after getting a washdown by Papa Dukes in turn three. Broke a gimbal ring and began taking on water. No injuries.

Popeyes flipped in turn three and both out under their own power, initial report no serious injuries.

The new Reliable Carriers Supercat also flipped on turn three. Also both crew members out under their own power without injuries.

It looks like congratulations are in order for Brian Bunch and his teamates in the Fountain of Youth boat :D From the smiles on their faces and the checkered flag in their hand it looks like they took first place in P-4. Way to go Brian and Lee, it must be extra nice winning in your home state :evilb: I am so glad the sage didn't get ya :D

Can't be more depressing than getting pulled in with the new race boat just delivered this week floating upside down! Didn't even have time to finish the graphics. :(
