Instigator Dominates Washington
TEAM INSTIGATOR sets a new kilo record of 112.7 this weekend, and follows up with a dominant win on sunday by at least 15 seconds. very impressive for a 40 footer with 6's against an all bravo field,(barring the rio boat). Congrats Joe , Peter , Jerry, and the boys. well done.
