Get it surveyed and post the survey, or a link to it.
Like everyone else said - hi res pix sell the boat, and many of them, along with a great description. The descrition should read like a sales brochure.
List every little thing you've done to it, starting with most recent.
Post it on every free site you can find.
That's how I've sold all of my old boats.
