It was one of the pace boats at the Biloxi OSS race in 04. Great looking boat sounds good too.

The 31" Bullit looks nice. 20 years of age? Don't know about that.
Good luck!

Clay,
For my money the Bullet or the Cafe. But between the two, here are some of my observations.

The Bullet has the original black dash and helm, which nobdy likes. So how handy are you at removing all dash and redoing? Or prepare to spend some bucks having someone else to do it. Also the Bullet has the original look contasting red welt cord in the seats. Looks very dated, and all the new ones we have been redoing are sans welt entirely, except in a couple of places and then it matches. They both have the nasty original bolster stands, not cool at all, so prepare to spend some $$$ to replace with the new style. Can't tell in the pics whether the Cafe has the Cig Oval patch in the center of rear hatdh, but the Bullet doesn't have for sure. The going rate for the patch these days from Cig is about a grand, plus whatever it takes to redo the hatch.

Just my .02 worth.

Good luck. You'll like either.

Clay, I like the Cafe the best. TRS drives though so you'd be buying Konrads sooner or later. What about an early 90's Formula with Bravo drives? You'd also get McLeod interior. Just a thought...
