My partner Bill Robb was the oringinal designer/ builder of the 28' when it was still being built under the name Redline marine in michigan.
Very good working hull I have the blue prints for the 38' in my office, The 28' with a pair of 280 O.S. would lay the LAW down on a 28' Skater!!!!!

I had a friend that passed away, but the family still has it. It is for sale if you're looking for one. Single engine, I think with twin turbos on it. Will get all the details if you're interested. Let me know.

My brother in law had one. I believe it was a 2001 with a 500 HP. He bought it from Big Thunder Marine. I believe it went about 82 before he had to put exhaust inserts in the pipes due to noise at LOTO.

He liked it the only thing I noticed was when there were a couple of passengers in the backseat it would wash out coming up on plane.

Hi i am luke haas and i actually bought bills cat. it was completely ruined from sitting outside for 8 years but after a year of having it the 572 runs great and im super excited to get back in the water for the summer. i know this forum is really old but i thought john would appreciate knowing that someone bought bills boat.
