I responded to this add a few weeks ago. I went to check the auction the next day and it was gone. 2 weeks later I got an e-mail responding to my questions. I was suspicious from the time I asked to speak to him on the phone and he said his line was out of order. I continued with questions, negotiated a price. He said he would only except payment through E-Bay Escrow service. He said he set up an E-bay Escrow account and E-bay would send me an e-mail with instructions.

This is what I received, it had the E-bay logo on top

E-Bay does not have an escrow service, and if they did certainly would not give instuctions on how to avoid taxes and recomend wire transfer to a 3rd party acting as an agent. This guy has relisted the add under a different user user name.

I found this guy again today listing under a different screen name. There was an auction for a supercharger and the photo was taken from the OSO classifieds!!!! The auctions have all been removed.
