Roughly how much do these cost? How comprehensive are they? (what all is checked out, etc.) Please let me know. Thanks for all the help/info.

I would say 400-600 .. depends on the vessel ....

$10-$12 a foot not including mechanical tests.

The ones I have had done have done a basic check of electrical and check the hull for soundness and mechanical, ie motors, needed to have a mechanic.
