These are the problems that you will face more and more as your property values go up. Your neighbor that just purchased for a whole lot more then you did 10 or more years ago don't want to see your ugly boat in the yard...... It does not matter to them that you have been there doing just that for years, they do not want to see it. They have money and the time to make up these rediculous laws and they do....  We are experiencing the same crap up in Maine.

Didn't Orange County, Florida already pass a similar law banning all trailers in general from parking in yards, driveways??
A friend of mine that lives in Orange County had to keep their PWC's in the garage and their boat had to be left in a storage facility.

MY HOA used to have a rule that no boat, PWC, or trailer could be parked in the street, driveway, or front yard. It had to in the back and hidden from view. I guess that's all changed since nobody has complained about mine parked in the drive.
They used to control what color you could paint your house. That too has changed. We have homes in lime green, sky blue, royal blue, coral pink, orange, and few other funky colors.

Iggy,
I believe you are correct, and Seminole Co. has the same ordinance.
