Can I ask why the one MTI only had 575's in it? I mean it is still more than I will ever have but, is he waiting on something bigger or what? Just seems really underpowered.
My old boat, one sweet ride, as Freedom US1 told me, I just traded the most trouble free cat I will ever own. I have a 42PR on order thru Pier 57 equipped with dry sump 1100 HP Sterlings and dry sump #6 outdrives. The boat is nearing completion and I could take delivery of it any time now.
The old boat equipped with the 575's was underpowered, the boat would lift at 100 MPH and wanted to run. It was not a bad boat to get some seat time in before moving up in power.

I noticed that too Mike. Seemed odd to me. It's usually the other way around. Mild crowd on Saturday and more boats than you could possibly imagine on Sunday. ??????
By the way, we enjoyed watching/ listening to you. I wish your sidekicks would have let you speak a little more. I realize you were having to play second fiddle and all, but it was obvious who knew what was going on. My buddies commented several times on how they wished the other two would be quiet and let the guy on the left do the talking.
Good job,
Buck

I can vouch for Eddie's old 575sc boat! The word "underpowered" never came into mind on Friday. Lisa Matthews driving Woods on the sticks provides an awesome boat ride!!
