I called a customer of mine that lived in Jeffs area ,,No news from him either.. I hope Him And his family made it to saftey..

Talked to Stan Ware's younger brother today and he, Lyann and baby are all fine. Still without power, as most all of us are, but doing fine.

Eddie, I feel for you brother. We took a good hit on the shores of Lake Maurepas but nothing compared to you guys on the northshore. My wife is also a nurse and she has been wide open between us having to empty the house and working the local hospitals. I will just be returning to work tomorrow and I don't see any relief in the near future - I work for Entergy. Some estimates are as long as 6 - 8 weeks without power. But, if ANYONE needs ANYTHING be sure to give me a shout via email, OSO or by phone. I'll be glad to do what I can.

We've tried to keep up with all the members and where they are but no place seems to be the comprehensive place.

So until something is better we have created a spreadsheet at www.talkoffshore.com.

We need some of you to fill us in on names, locations and status of the very members that we care so much about.

As I said in the other thread. I have an enclosed snowmobile trailer. I would be willing to haul down what I could and help help out any way. Even if that is shuttling supplies. Anyone else from the northeast wanna hook up and head south with supplies? I'll go back and forth to and from wherever picking up donated stuff too if needed. I will ask some business associates and friends to help me pay for gas. If someone can do this with me, I will also ask the machinist who currently has my block and is repairing it, if he can hold off on my payment until I see what funds look like upon return? Anyone?
