Default Should there be a speed limit on the water??

Our local SML paper is taking a poll on the left side about having a speed limit on the water. The lake residents are fed up with the loud boats and they are rumored to want to post day & night speed limits. This paper is taking a poll for them... not telling you how to vote but if you would just vote for us it would be great!!
