I stick to real estate and real estate related litigation. I would not be a good resource for employment law questions.

Employment law will vary from state to state moreso than labor law. What state and can you give us an idea of the issue?

I'd rather not go into details in a public forum, at least not yet. I can say that the company is based in Virginia, the employee and worksite is in Michigan - not sure what that means, jurisdiction-wise.

my uncle deals in this kind of law. He is based in Alabama. He is very smart. I am not sure if he can help you or not. If you like, call me and I will put you in touch with him.
