That plane is used to haul completed sections of aircraft from subcontractors to the main assembly point.
NASA had a similar plane, the Pregnant Guppy, to haul space capsules, rocket sections and aircraft.
I guess they are using it to haul relief supplies.

if there is a shread of truth to the country list of donations I applaud them and say its about damn time they send the USA somthing.
However, I would like to know if we received 500Million in oil and gas why are we still paying MORE for gas then before this tragedy?

Kuwait obviously remembers who pulled their bacon out of the fire in 1991. Gas prices are up due to refining bottlenecks, not necessarily crude oil supply. At any rate, inflation-compensated gas prices (from the 70's) should be around $3.21 a gallon anyway...
