i read a post on www.screamandfly.com that theres a $40.00 per head charge...is that correct ?

Can someone clear up what this event incudes,so those of us whom never attended would know-------
1. Is there a $40.00 fee
2. Does the fee incude breakfast and lunch
3. awards for what?
4. is there a fee at the launch ramp,and will there be enough room for all the vehicles and trailers there
5. are credit cards or checks excepted if there is a fee
6. do we let someone know a head of time how many we will be bringing with us
