What are/were the most expensive boats (both pleasure and race) ever built by the following companies...

Outerlimits? Fountain? Cigarette? Skater? MTI? Nortech?

How much for each? What engines/drives and other interesting specs/options?

My bet would be the Stealth... that boat in regards to cost must of been up there...

Selling price must be some of the American Muscle deals No 1,2 or 3.

As far as No Tech I would think Extreme Exhibit would have to be up there. I Know the sterlings might not be as exotic but as far as cash, times four, I think they are more than the turbines, :D :D

42 MTI, I have to agree.

I also believe he keeps like 8 Sterlings(or more) and 6 or 8 #6's on a rotation. 25 hrs. the engines get swapped no matter what. They went by us in the Daytona PR last year at about 140 with someone sleeping in the rear seats. :eek: They said if a motor has a problem while running they just shut it down and can keep going like 115mph. :D

As for OL, I would think the 51' SportYacht that went to the Middle East had to be top $$. It had triples(like 1100's) . :eek:

In regards to the Stelth we sold that boat new ( old company ) so I do know what was paid for it ....... all I can say though is it was a little less then a mil

It was sold with the 1075's in it . The new ones after that would of been more expensive . They said they made some changes to the hull and left out the center stringer ,lighter :D

how abous some pics of the stealth boat your guys are talking about.... and baia makes some high dollar boats but they are in the 40-100 foot range there was an 80' one here for a while.. man what an awesome boat... I'll try to look up some pics

Anyone have pics of these to post too?? (We're all picture crazed!!) Can someone post a link to the Magnum website and pics of their 80 footer?? (if legal!!) I love this one...it's so massive. When you see the people aboard they look like little ants. I can only imagine the cost of this one!! They make a 90 footer too!!

Not to be an ass, but. Dirty duck was the second pleasure 42. and not even close in terms of $$ to some of their other projects. I would guess that Speed Racer is at the top right now, but there is allegedly a Bacardi turbine in the works, as well as the 55 turbine boat. Then there is something special for the Miami show that will be very comparative in $$$ value.

i would say.....

80 nor-tech (same guy who owns extreme, so he wins either way... :D )
55 MTI (pair-a-dice... turbine bacardi...close seconds probably)
51 outerlimits... exotic leathers and big power is always expensive
zuperman probably for skater... 100k paint adds up quick...

cigs and fountains, well they are cigs and fountains... :D :drink:

"Lick This" and "Zuperman" were the two most expensive Skaters (when they were new) last I heard.

The concept 46 Cigarettes and American Muscle boats would be among the highest for Cig. Any 45 or 46 Cigarette with 1075's will be right there with them.
