It's an Airbus 320 . . . nosegear is down, but wheels are at 90deg to normal for landing ( crosswise ). Plane is incapable of dumping fuel. They have to circle until fuel is burned off.
I went outside to look for it, but they moved to LAX for emergency landing.
There will be no injuries - or even that much drama - aside from some sparks.

2005 has been a GREAT year for CNN . . . beginning with the tsunami.
There's always SOMETHING goin on.
