I would just like to again suggest that everyone go to the Turner Classic Movies website and cast a vote to have Thunderboat Row released on DVD. Right now it has 83 votes and each one counts. You can also suggest that TCM put Thunderboat Row on its program schedule. The more people who suggest it the better the chance is that it will be shown. It only takes a minute to do this and it might help. The address is http://www.turnerclassicmovies.com

Cannell Productions still owns the rights to Thunderboat Row. Last night I went on their web site and asked if they plan to release it on DVD. Today I got a response that they currently have no plans to do so. I would like to suggest that everyone go to www.cannell.com and and ask that Thunderboat Row be released on DVD. If enough people show interest, they might change their mind and put it out on DVD.

I just got a new version of the Thunderboat Row DVD that was originally taped from Detroit TV in May, 1991. This Detroit Version has the complete movie all the way through the ending credits and it contains all the original commercials completely intact. The picture quality is excellent! I have the Codered Version and a version From North Carolina and this Detroit Version is the best of them by far.

Ordered mine from Jim on Wednesday. Got it yesterday afternoon. Now that's service!!!! Thanks Jim!!!
Pretty cool movie, great shots of Thunderboat Row, great running shots of the Blue Thunder 39 US Customs boat. Never seen a 39 BT run, man, did that thing run wet and great shots from Ft Apache!
Thanks again for the lightning fast service Jim!

I just spoke with John @ Doller Offershore (JohnTheDriveMan) He was working on Thunderboat Row durning the filming of this movie. That's his tool box in the scene inside the shop at Ft Apache!
Any others here from the board that could have been in this movie during the filming?

TexasJim,
I've been searching the movie Thunderboat Row forever and finally found this site and talks of a possible dvd(s). I'm interested. I tried clicking on your username to hopefully PM you, but said I didn't have the right credentials or something. Please get in touch with me at [email protected] ... or anyone else that may have a copy of the movie. Thanks.
