OSO dominates the mailbag!
And 4 double page ads for Fountain! A gamble or a sign of things looking up? My hope is for the latter.

Basically,
Manatee ad filled in a spot from a last minute opening created when the original ad was cancelled. It fit the specs needed. PB said it was a misfortunate, innocent mistake, nothin more. And that they are not in cahoots with the STM clubs. I have no problem either way, so no opinion.
Pictures of the poker runs with riders on the engine hatches while haulin' and the one with the proud participant holding up the bottle of booze: Another oversight that they say goes against there general policy. Pics of alcohol and boats. Admitted their mistake. Also go on to say that it is not there poker run to run, so they have no say so in the rules enforcement. True enough! But by not publishing those pictures, they felt it would be censorship. Something they apparantly feel strongly about. We can all agree with that.
Now my opinion of those pictures. Would it be called censorship to have printed different pictures? Surely there were many more to choose from. BUT, maybe it was just an honest oversight! Which I can see. Sometimes many positive things come about because of a previous bad judgement call.
Still my favorite magazine, and will continue to be so.

Could you let us know what Poker Run pics are in this month's issue? They were supposed to cover the NYC Run, but I haven't seen it come out yet...
