That is exactly the case. Boat actually belonged to a friend of mine that has another Lip-Ship gun w/Zuls now. Boat was stolen out of Jersey area and ended up in a pic towing back the Honeyman Skater. That was the first clue that sparked a huge investigation that crashed a large ring of auto and boat theft (and not connected to the current stuff going on now).
