I would get on the phone after a minute or so and let them know it wasnt me. After the initial shock they would curse me out for playing along with it. This is actually the second time this has happened to me, when I had my serious boat accident in 1987 all the news stations were reporting me dead as I lay in the hospital wondering why no one has come to see me and make sure I was ok. Let me tell you... that was shear hell on my parents for a few hours
