When you buy a boat like that, does it get a salvage title, or someother notation that it was a total loss?
Actually it probably doesn't which sort of sux. Not trying to rain on someone's profit parade, but a friend bought a boat that had sunk / "supposed" restored, but that wasn't disclosed during the purchase. He found out after a bunch of electrical screwups and other strange failures because the boat hadn't been completely gutted to the bare hull and done over.
