BlueChart for LOTO

BlueChart for LOTO
Is there a bluechart equivalent for LOTO. All I see on Garmin's site is coastal and great lakes areas. I know it is on the fishing hot spots central version but they seem to only sell that on CD. I really do not want to but a card reader, card, CD etc. if there is an easier way.

before blue charts Gaqrmin used to cover the Inland lakes on there state maps but now if you load the state map you can only navigate in highway mode. So you are somewhat out of luck
