Julie did my props 2 times at my request. I sent them overnight from KS to them on a Monday, they had them back to me on Wednesday! The first tune was not to my satisfaction, they corrected it at no charge and even re-pitched them both for no charge. I had to pay freight but big deal. You want service and knowledge? Throttle-Up is the ONLY wat to go!
