Comparing apples to apples, how to the Sabers ride against Apaches?

rbr2328- you could built one too, right?

The lines of the 41 are second to none in my opinion. I guess my question really is why don't people who are in the market for the new boats really consider a newer version of the 41?
Or instead, were the originals really built with passion for the person that "Money is no object"?
Who does that today? Outerlimits? McManus?
I can relate to the pedigree but are they REALLY that much more of a boat?
Maybe after I rode in one, the questions would stop.
