I have been on that boat at 109 MPH with Sean Stinson driving, myself, Batgirl, and Steve Shuble holding on for dear fooking life. Its a sick boat. I have not seen it in several years. It was in FL when I was on it around February 2003. I think it went back to the west coast. Sean Stinson knows the boat intimately.

I'll call you tonight. As long as they open Lauderdale airport I'm headed down. I read there is a curfew from 7pm-7am in effect right now.......WITH NO ALCOHOL SALES DURING IT. :mad: Hopefully that will be lifted, but good thing the condo is stocked. :drink:

the curfew is still on at 7 pm, just heard from a friend, the westin area and lauderdale and lower boca was hit pretty hard...Marina 1 lost one of their buildings....

I don't think they had the 42X in 2000 so it has rocker built into the bottom. From what I remember the 42 Tigers never really ran to well with SSM's that's why they build the 42X with a straight bottom.

i thinki t had it had bigger zuls in it and it had problems with the gas tanks and was at cigarette for awhile waiting to be fixed{2002 era}........ be careful sean knows the whole deal

They ran great. When they stepped them it turned into a disaster so they changed the bottom to the x and fixed it. The straight bottom 6 boats ran nice. NK

That boat looked flawless last year at this time at Pete P. sales shop, Herbie Stotlers old shop. It is sweet in person, narrow beams ride better in REAL water. Steve.

I used to tow that boat back and forth from DSM to Miami for the original owners (Fertita family) That is the boat that I was on with Stinson, Jeffrey and Troutly at the Miami show about 3 yrs ago when Stinson dropped Dick's credit card in the water while we were filling the boat up at the gasdock. :D

NK, I recant my statement. We did get it up in the 90s, but I do now remember that when Sean hit the tattle tale GPS, he admitted to the 109 being achieved while on the trailer. My bad. My apologies.

That was my first SERIOUS offshore thrill ride. I remember having my cell phone in my back pocket with my father on line at the distant end, listening to the engines roar. It was quite a rush that I will never forget.

No problemo. I didn't want to tell you that he drove across the desert at 109 and then told everyone they went that fast. I remember thinking that he had a hell of a tow vehicle. :eek: Anyway I clearly remember all of my rides in my tiger too. Awesome machine. :drink: NK

It's got ZUL's so they are not short lived. He is one of the best, if you want big HP.
