I looked into those wheel dollies and the skates. The strongest dollies I could find were 1500-2000 lbs capapcity...not enough even with 6. The skates would work but were $400-500 bucks for decent set. This would work, but you'll need 4-5 guys to push the thing around.

Hopefully we can hook up sometime. I do remember a couple in my neighborhood looking at lots a few years ago when we were outside raking leaves and we talked a couple of times and the subject of boats came up. If that was you, then this really is a small world. I got my boat running this spring, it had been down about 3 years, not restored though, but in my barn.

we use a floor jack and a 4x4 4wheeler to put ours in the corner. sometimes we have to push the tongue area over to get it straight.

Why cant you just rent a forklift with a ball in one of the blades? You can also weld up a clamp with a ball on it if they dont have one with a hole in it. Forks are about 150 or so a day.

Thanks everyone. I wish I had more options, but I really just need a tiny-tug. We shall see. I will do some measuring in the next few days.
