This regulating the water use crap is the same BS that goes on all over.
Our kind of boat is discriminated against mostly due to jealousy and politics.
People who can afford a high performance boat are special and they are resented by the douche bags that buy a home on the waterways and then complain about the boat traffic.
Those damn manatee huggers have destoyed boating in Broward County, FL with their strong lobby and big money donations to further their cause.
I don't know what the answer is, but have you guessed it pisses me off?

Yet, it is OK for the mega decibel rap mobiles and the scream of rice burners flying down the road.

We would not boat on a lake with a 55 mph speed limit since our boat needs 65 mph at a minimum to ride on top the water.
We would attend the pokerrun as we have the past 3 of 4 years. It is a great run, rain or shine. It's the only run we see many of you from the forums.
We travel 8 hours from home for the run and would need a 3 day pass on the lake. Arrive on Friday, the run on Saturday and pull out on Sunday.

I would boat anyway since those speed limits are rarely enforced only if you act like a dough-head...
