In what i am gathering that ,if they go in the directiion and do it right with a plan,They could be a serious player in this performance boatng industry..Just have to wait till this transaction of new ownership is completed..

This will be intersting to follow. I have some friends that got the royal shaft from the soon to be past owners. They are still in the middle of the mess too. I wonder what the new owners will do about the situation.

Yes it was, back in 2001.. Poor management was at fault here..No business plan to layout..Mistakes were made..Too many good experienced people were let go to cut costs..ETC..

Wait a minute.... WAIT A MINUTE!!!! Let's take a closer look at this....

1. Performance boat company is sold;
2. Rumors that the new owner(s) have deep pockets;
3. Talk of making PQ a serious player in the performance market;
4. New owners out of Chicago;
5. Parent company is TMBI industries - "T" as in "Thad"?!?!?!?!!?!?!!?

Holy crap, PQ is the New Apache!!!!!!!!!!

dockrocker - now thats funny Thought maybe OSO members Baronmarine and Tommymonza scooped up PQ and were re-introducing the Baron .....
Thats TMB Industries out of Chicago ..
They acquired Grand Craft from Dick Sligh in May this year.......

Hope they get some people in there that call a powerboat something besides a "unit" ....
