They must be out of their minds with the reserves they have set.

Depends on who was holding the original paper. Just be thankfull if your not involved. Been over two years... lawyers get fatter and nothing gets settled.

anyway the boat is badass and its nice for 400k.. just no market for a one of two boat

it is a little beat but 50k tlc +400k= a lot less that a sunseeker of that year and size

I've bought a couple boats from them and the reserve is irrelevant. I've been high bidder above the reserve and the bank wouldn't let it go and I 've been high bidder BELOW the reserve and brought the boat home. Just depends on the bank and what they want that week.

My bet is the bank as already expended this mess of an inventory tax wise.

If anyone is in anyway serious about those rides I would make an offer DRASTICALLY discounting the numbers and I bet you will at least be taken seriously if you demonstrate you have the dough.

My bet would be if they say minimum $700k I would throw $300k around with a picture of the price of gas at the corner station!!!

My bet is you will be taken seriously, providing they know you have the money. A letter of credit or proof of liquidity would get you in the door even with a seemingly low-ball offer.
